Some brides and grooms only need a little assistance with planning their Perfect day. I offer packages for you too! All packages are customized to the specific requests and needs of the bride and groom
Run Away Bride (A Consulting fee is charged based upon time involved)
Some couples find that eloping suits them best or that a destination wedding is what they prefer. This package includes:
Researching the legal issues involving marriage at destination
Selecting venue and suitable coordinator on site
Researching reputable vendors
Reviewing contracts
Rehearsal Coordination Only ($250)
Complimentary initial consultation with the bride and groom to discuss their wishes for the ceremony
Prepare a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
Offer direction (coordinated with the officiant) at the rehearsal (maximum 2 hours)
Collect wedding day items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day (includes candles, photographs, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.)
Cue muscicians, bridal party, and ushers
Day-of Coordination (Starts at $500)
The bride and groom have made it up to the big day and have worked out all of the minute details. Now is the time to make sure you feel like a guest at your wedding and remember the day you've waited for!
One hour initial coordination with the bride and groom
2 hours pre-wedding consultation
Coordinate with vendors to discuss wedding day agenda
Create personalized list of duties for bridal party
Discuss timelines of reception with DJ/Band (includes announcements that need to be made)
Assist with corsages and boutonnieres, etc.
Assist bride and groom throughout the day
Provide wedding emergency kit
Work with the photographer to ensure you receive the desired photos and that everyone needed is present
Ensure the reception site is ready for guests (includes lighting candles, cueing DJ and videographer, etc.)
Make sure all vendors receive final payments as needed
Collect guest book, camera, personal items, gifts, etc. to be delivered to a pre-determined destination
Make sure transportation is on schedule, if applicable
6 hours wedding day consulting
Note: Each additional hour spent consulting on the wedding day beyond that specified in the contract will be billed at $60 per hour.
Love Actually (Starts at $900)
This package is for the couple that has started planning, selected their date and venue, and the major details that may be needed in planning, but still need someone to help them complete the planning. This package inlcudes:
A complimentary initial consultation with the bride and groom
Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor appointments
Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/product are provided in a timely manner
Review all vendor contracts
Assistance with tracking RSVP's
Ceremony Planning
Reception Planning
Prepare "day of" itinieraries for vendors
Prepare "day of" itinieraries for bridal party
Walk-through selected venue(s) for the ceremony and reception with the clients
Providing assistance with etiquette
Provide responsibility descriptions to groom and bridal party
Create individulalized checklist/timelines and email reminders monthly and then weekly
Plan/Reserve venue for Bridesmaid's Luncheon and Rehearsal dinner
Assist bride and groom with registries
Maximum 2 hour Rehearsal Consulting
6 hours Wedding Day Consulting ($60/hour after)
Provide engagement and wedding announcements to the local and out of town newspapers
While You Were Sleeping (Starts at $2,000)
This full service package puts my client's minds at ease, knowing every detail of their event is being handled in a professional manner. Full Service allows me to do the planning, coordination, and oversight of the entire event from start to finish. This service allows A Party to Perfection to handle every facet of the event; from the initial consultation to when the event is complete. This package includes:
Complimentary initial consultation with the bride and groom
Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings
Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
Provide ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendor services/products
Assist with choosing invitations
Assistance with tracking RSVP's
Assistance with seating chart
Ceremony Planning
Reception Planning
Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors and bridal party
Walk-through with clients at the selected site(s) for the wedding and reception
Timelines prepared the month of the wedding
Consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
Meeting reviews of all details with client the month of the wedding and the week prior to the wedding
Up to 100 hours of A Party to Perfection services
Unlimited email and phone contact
Detailed review of vendor and service contracts
Assist the bride with her dress and bridesmaid's dress selection
Assistance with Etiquette
